facebook blocked me from sending messages and friend requests, how can I unblock?

I have been blocked for 30 days from sending friend requests and private messages to people who aren't my friends. Can I unblock this?

"Some of your messages have been reported as spam. To avoid getting blocked, make sure your messages are in line with the Facebook Community Standards."

and

"We received feedback that you sent friend requests to people you don’t know, so you won’t be able to send friend requests for 30 days. Learn more.

If you think you’re seeing this by mistake, please let us know.

The block will be active for 22 days and 18 hours more."

I 'let them know' that I think it is a mistake but havent heard back anything. People are contacting me via private message for work related enquiries and I can not reply! It is extremely frustrating and I'd like to unblock it if anybody knows how??

'Somebody' (when I was younger and noone wanted to admit that they did something they weren't suppose to do, or did something and didn't tell whole truth, my Dad would yell this out. Funny.).
Anyways, isn't telling the whoooole story. But I'm not naming ANYONE'S name. What I'm thinking happended is that ' somebody' sent someone or something to that effect of a friend request, and when the people didn't add them, they kept sending a request, either thinking they didn't get an original request, or thought that they maybe hit their head thinking that they had amnesia, or they sold their computer to an elderly couple who had accidently stayed logged into f.b. when they got said computer and everyday for the last 3 months keeps getting a friend request from this person, only to frusterate them even more with technology and causing them to call their great grandson in Boca Raton, who owns the Cocker Spaniel dog walking business with said partner, who not only had the patience for all of this, but went a step further and reported this,this, PERSON to Facebook police!!! The nerve!!! And now look! People at work are sooo annoyed cause they can't get a hold of this person any other way, not by an email, maybe another search engine, or evenn by phone, or car, or boat, or plane, or train, (wait, are we havin g Green eggs n Ham,sorry.)
Anyways, maybe, juuust maybe these people DID in fact hit their head and realized that you guys ARE friends!! If not, I'm afraid your just ganna have to stalk....oops, I mean, go about it the old fashioned way. Maybe by driving by their house to see if they're home, or if you aren't into exercise too much cause of work, become friends with a few of their friends, have THEM accept your request, then, sta...uh, go about it that way. Yeah, that's the ticket!!! Good.Luck?

there is no way to unblock it yourself. just wait it out. if you want people to add you go to the adding games pages and do that and say that you are blocked.
