Does anybody know how to contact an actual person in the Twitter Help Centre?

I've been experiencing issues with twitter lately but despite numerous emails, all I keep receiving are useless automated emails that do not help me deal with them. I just want to be able to use my twitter accounts normally once again, is there any way I can contact an actual PERSON as opposed to these automated messages so that my accounts can be back up and running again?
