How to not let your friends comment on another friends Facebook photo?

I have a really annoying adult on my facebook who obviously doesnt understand that they shouldnt leave dumb comments on other teenagers facebooks that they dont even know just because I am tagged in the picture.

I cant unfriend this person without them getting extremely irrationally upset and itd be rude to say "Hey stop looking at my pictures" .... I need specific directions to make sure they cant access my other friends pictures that I am in. Is there a way?

go to privacy settings , how tags work , edit ,maximum profile visibility , costume , hide this from , type the annoying person's fb name , save changes
