How do I hide my groups from people?

On the left hand side under the search box there's a menu labeled "Applications". Click the "edit" next to it, find Groups, and hit "Edit Settings". Use the drop down menu ("Who can see this?") to choose who can see your groups.

go on facebook.com/privacy and customize your facebook so only you can see stuff or whatever you want...
