Can your Facebook friends see what you post in groups?

I kinda posted something inappropriate in a group, however the group is fine lol. But can your friends (who aren't in the group) see it? Like will it pop up on their news feed?

It depends on what kind of group you've got. If your group is a secret group it wont show on other peoples notifications, unless they are members of the group. Here's how you check. Go to fb, click the link to your group, right under the name there should be an icon. Hover over the icon and it'll show you what kind of group you have.
