How do I write on a Facebook friends wall with the new layout?

i have been using Facebook for a long time now, but for some reason i cant figure out how to write on a friends wall with the new layout. cause i dont wanna just comment on things just to be able to put something on their wall. how can i do this?

Click on the person's name that you want to write something on their wall. At the top of the page there is a box that says write. Write in that box and click post. That puts writing on their wall.
