How do I tell him I like him?!?!?

So there's this guy I like. I wanna tell him how I feel, but I don't know how to do it! He doesn't really text much, and he rarely goes on Facebook. So my main option is in person. But, how, in person? Should we do a group thing and play truth or dare so I can tell him that way? Or should I just tell him to his face? Any help appreciated
