Facebook privacy settings, photos to pages show publically?

Hi, I'm very strict on privacy settings and have mine as strict as they will go, however something is slipping through the net.

If I post just text on a 'page' wall, nobody who isn't a friend can see it, however if I post a picture or photo on a 'page' wall, it shows up to the whole public. How do I make that private too please?
If you remove the post from your profile now, it deletes it from where you posted it as well. Didn't used to.
