How can I know if someone opens my Facebook profile if I have their password?
So, I got my friends facebook password, and I can access her account , but how can I know if she opens my profile?
When I type my name in the search tab I always appear first or second - Im not on her friends list though.
Does this mean she opens my profile ?

most likely yes, it means she has looked at your profile.

you are right, if your profile comes at top in search results means from that profile you are seraching has been visited previously.
