How can i get about 100 followers more on twitter and not follow any of them back?

hi, my name is @itskarmaaa on twitter and i have like 187 followers but i want like 300 or a bit more.. every time i use #teamfollowback a bunch of people follow me but i don't follow back so they unfollow me.. how can i get followers that will stay there for good but i don't have to follow back? please help .. thank you, no negative comments please!

Two ideas-

1) Just update twitter all the time with good, funny or interesting tweets. You can also tell friends about your twitter account so they might follow you.

2) Make 100 fake twitter accounts and make them follow you.*

There are plenty of ways to get more followers on Twitter, but the No.1 rule is: BE AUTHENTIC. You can follow people who follows back or top twitter users, but keep in mind that they may not really care about what you tweet. There's really no shortcuts, unless you're already popular in the real world. Good Luck.
