You had better ask Donny - it doesn't look like any of Bernini's drawings or sculptures and are you going by the word Bernini in the image title?

Does "my chest piece" mean a tattoo?
"Altered"
A whole lot - puffy cheeks and no beard, unseeing eyes - no eyelid edges, loop in hair and closer to left eye.
I don't think it can be the same, even as a source of a sketch.

The link below has a picture of the Bernini-San Sebastiano sculpture. The one on twitter seems to have been altered.
