To remove a application from your profile go into your account/Application Settings and click on x to remove any desired application from there. Other then that there is no way of removing it off the list from the games tab but in time it will just show when use lasted used it. If you don't want to receive requests from a app you no longer play from other players just ignore or block it. Hope that helps.
