Twitter keeps saying my username/email is incorrect. But it's not!?

Every time I try to log it says that my user name and password are incorrect but their not I swear. I went to some websites and put my password and stuff on it to get more followers, I know kind of stupid aye but that was a few weeks ago. I actually am loged on but when I tried to log on at my friends house that's what it said I even tried another internet browser and it said the same thing and that's why I didn't log out

Click forgotten password? And follow it through and reset your password to what it originally was
