You've only tweeted 3 times. Be patient. Continue for a while and you'll find you get more followers. Post links to your twitter in other places (Not Y! Answers, that tends to just annoy people), like a forum signature, or on a blog. Change your colour scheme so it's easier to look at, yours currently hurts my eyes, seriously, I'm not even hyperbolising.

I'm not asking you to follow me, just look at my page (I know I only have fifteen followers so far, but I don't really publicise my Twitter) and you'll see that because I don't have any block bright colours, it doesn't cause headaches: http://twitter.com/#!/Rainbow_Blues

Check your @Mentions tab often, and if someone's tweeted you, retweet what they said and then tweet them back (that way your followers can see what you're responding to).

You should start with making an interesting BIO on your twitter. Why should people follow you when we don't know anything about you? Tell people what you like and someone with the same interests will start following you. I you have a favorite band tweet about it and some the like that band two will maybe start following you e.g. If you are a fan of Lady Gaga send a tweet with a link to one of her videos and use the #ladygaga term.

My last advice. Be patient. It takes time to build up followers.
