Is there a way to cancel Facebook Timeline and go back?
I like the simple Facebook home pages but I accidentally activated the Timeline for my account. I just don't like the look of it. But is this a permanent change for me? I don't see any way of reverting back to the previous look. Any advice?
say it isn't so....

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook

this guide will help you learn how to use it

There's no way to undo the Timeline upgrade. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
