A guy I barely know asked me out...?

I made a couple friends several weeks ago and friended them on Facebook. One of them, who I only met one day, Facebook messaged me saying I'm cute and if we could hang out some day soon.

So 1) I don't hang with new people without being in a group so I can't date with him solo
2) Not my type
3) Too busy to date right now (studying, etc.)
And 4) when I do date I rather be with a girl

So what's the best way to reject the offer without coming across as rude or saying too much?
(It's also so cheesy how the first thing he said was that I'm cute.)
