Is it ok to delete my facebook friends who never speak to me?
I wonder why they even bothered to add me as a firend if they never speak to me, or initiate converastion?

Some of them I have never even met.

I feel like deleting them and having only real friends on my facebook.
They prob wont even notice if I delete them.

Your thoughts...

I don't really even use facebook anymore - too much effort, too much crap I do not need to know about people (no I DON'T care what you are doing in Farmville) and too much drama.

You can delete anyone you want.
It's just facebook.
If people take it personally they are pretty immature.

It's fine. Like you said, they probably wont even notice. It's not like you talk to them anyways, so just go for it.

Sure, I used to review my friend list after certain time period, and clean the long inactive entries. You can also create groups especially for friends you know in real life, so you won't mix up.

Go ahead... a lot of people do that.

I've found myself deleted by old classmates and instead of taking it personal I saw that we only had a few mutual friends remaining and concluded they unfriended everyone who's not an actual friend - including but not limited to me.

I "streamline" my friends list pretty regularly. Usually, those people don't even realize that we were ever friends, and sometimes I get friend requests from them a couple weeks/months later.

So I say go for it. I've never thought it made much sense to be friends on facebook with people that you don't talk to, let alone comment on pictures, etc.
