How can I be invisible on facebook chat?

hi laura, on the right hand bottom side, when chat comes up with names on it if you go to the top you will see a star next to chat, if you click on the star it will hide you ok.

At the bottom of the chat there should be a little button next to search, click it and untick available to chat.Hope this helps
