How to be popular and loved?

I see other girls in my school who always have tons of people with them and have thousands of Facebook friends,but they are also loved by everyone and get loads of boys liking them. How do they do it?

Charisma. Its the best thing to have. Go to yahoo and search '10 habits of incrediably charismatic people' or something like that. There was a post about it and I happen to have all 10 or almost and tbh I DO have many people following me. Its not being popular on the outside. Rather, its being the person people can ALWAYS rely on for anything. Though u get used many times, at least u know u helped someone.

It isn't always the way it appears.
There have been plenty of kids who have crashed and burned, after having tons of people friend them on FB...

There is a big difference between quantity and quality.
It is far more valuable to have a couple of friends who are always there for you, rather than a list of people who think they want to be like you - and I would suggest that is what they really have. Often a kid will dress or look a certain way, or be influential somehow, and for their own reasons that are fairly shallow, a lot of kids will follow along. It doesn't make them friends- it makes them followers.

If you are a good understanding friend to a few people, you are far better off. The more popular kids end up under pressure to look perfect, and if they have a problem or insecurity, often it is worse, because they feel they must live up to their image as someone who doesn't have any shortcomings... and you will have someone with whom you can talk over anything. They have people around them who would just as soon betray them to make themselves look more popular, and take their place.

Trust me, it's better to be on the sidelines. I've seen plenty of those kids end up badly, and when too many people watch your every move, every little thing you do could be a disaster. You're better off where you are.
