How do I hide who has seen the posts in a Facebook group?

I have a group on facebook, and many, if not all of us, are uncomfortable with the checkmark, by which is says something like, 20 have seen this, and then it lists who and when.

We want to get rid of who is shown because we feel it violates our privacy and such.

Where can I find the option to do so?

Its still a new function and Facebook is still trying to figure out ow people like it. I am sure if enough people voice their opinion about the feature, they may modify it.

As of right now, It is not an optional feature, but this may change. Facebook trys to make its features as user-friendly as possible So this may change sooner than later.

I think this option is not yet available there.
