on facebook theres these groups that say if you invite all your friends and most of the accept that something will happen. like one of them is if u invite all your friends and 75 percent of them join u can change the facebook color. or theres ones like if u do that u will have a dislike button. do these work or are they just trying to get people to be in there group ?

In all likelihood, no. Especially in the case of the Facebook color; if they were actually planning on allowing people to customize their pages to that extent, they would make an official announcement, it wouldn't be in the form of a group that requires certain actions to "unlock" a feature.
