If I unlike someone's facebook profile picture and then like it again, do they get a notification?
i want someone to realize that i like their picture...
i currently like their picture but i dont think they've realized it
if i were to hit the "unlike" button and then hit the "like" button, would they get a notification?

Yep. Though I am sure they realized it. If you keep doing it they may find it annoying.
