Why can't I see a friend's Facebook profile when they didn't block me?

So I'm friends on facebook with this one person and we're pretty good friends. For some reason that we both can't figure out, they can see my profile and all that, but I when I go to their profile, it only lets me see mutual friends and won't let me see pictures, posts, other friends, or anything else like that. They tried making their settings different/less private, but it still didn't work. My other friend added them and she can see everything. Why can't I?
PS: It has been going on for about 2 weeks and I tried unfriending them and adding them again and it still doesn't work.
This only happens with their profile. I can see all my other friends' profiles just fine

I think your friend has set their privacy so you can't see but I doubt it since you guys sound close probably it's your internet connection or you have to re install the web browser and does this happen with other people you search for?
