Limited data plan for Verizon?

I just bought the galaxy nexus today, but my plan is a shared GB data plan with other problems, what would I be able to do with out adding gb to the data limit? Like face book? Twitter? Please help

Do in anything that involves the Internet is using data unless you are doing it with wifi. I you are accesing the internet without wifi it will use up data because you are using verizon to get the Internet.
