can I sue Facebook for still charging my credit card for my running ads while my account is disabled? I?

I have my ads on Facebook, advertising my fan page. Unfortunately, they disabled my account since I have to answer our fans questions repeatedly (because the ads ran well). Its kind of ironic I got good respon from my ads but they punish me for responding our fans. The real problem is, I still got my ads running while my account is being disabled. And of course they still charge my card for it. I want to sue Facebook for doing so, charging my card while my account is disabled so I cant stop my ads. Thanks.

I don't think sueing would the answer to your situation.
I think the best thing to do is to contact Facebook in some way.
If Facebook doesn't respond, ask your credit card company to do so.
They will try to handle your credit card being charged, and most probably refund you your money.
