What does it mean if a guy "likes" a girl's photo on facebook?

I like this guy, but I think he likes someone else....There is this girl (let's call her Ann) and he liked her profile picture on facebook. Also today she uploaded a picture of herself with her friend on her back, and he liked it. Does he like her? His brother is really good friends with Ann, so I guess he might be friends with her because of that, is that why he liked the picture? I mean he doesn't act like he likes this girl when he's in school, but idk. What do you think it means?

Secondly, Confronting the person and having real time conversation is both more stimulating and effective than asking us on yahoo. Being honest and straight forward is attractive to anyone who isn't a jerk.
