How to get in the video chat of the new jonas brothers webcast on facebook?

I am at the video page, and I see people chatting in the everyone watching box, how do i get in the chat. I can just see the video.

When they are online and on video chat, on the right hand side there is a box
you get to write whatever you like.
they will answer questions from there
