how to receive text updates from facebook like pages?

How can i receive text updates from Facebook "Like" Pages

When i go to type in name of friend u want to subscribe updates. It doesn't show the "Like" pages.

So how can i make that happen where i can receive the artist Status updates?

Go To his profile --> Put the mouse on the friend bottom --> You should see " Close Friend " --> Now You Will Receive notification every time he/she uploads something Hope i helped

if you want to receive text updates from any fb page, then go to that page first then like it if you have not already liked it, then beside the like button you will see a gear icon, just click it and in the drop down list select the option- subscribe via sms.

if you want to recieve close friends notifications on your mobile, then go to that friend's profile, then again click that gear button below the cover images of timeline (or on top right ,if dont have a timeline).
in the drop down list select subscribe via sms.

note- to select the subscribe via sms option, you must first verify and then activate your mobile number to receive messages and notifications.

verify, register and then activate your phone for all this. because Your registered phone may not be activated for text messaging, so activate it to recieve sms from faceboook
