Does my friends see what facebook groups i´ve joined?

No. Your friends did not view what you post in private groups. But remember friends who were already member of that group, they will view your post.

your friends Can Not See What Groups you are in Unless you have posted in the group and they happen to be in the group your posts may appear in your news feed what you write off of your profile is beyond your control
