I don't think so, my friend tried to find shortcuts to gaining followers & RT's. It's not worth it. The website she used was harmful, so I wouldn't use this site you found if I were you.

Plus, what's the point of gaining a lot of followers? I mean, I don't think it really matters 'cause Twitter will probably be dead 3 years from now. Just like Myspace and today.
