Is it possible to message someone through their facebook email address if they have messages disabled?

I need to contact an ex-friend. She has messages disabled to all but her facebook friends.

her facebook address is facebook.com/exfriend.

Can I send her an email at exfriend@facebook.com? Or will it be blocked? Is there any way to get past this?

I really need to talk to her and have no other way to contact her. Please only answer if you're going to help me. Thanks.
