Facebook Privacy help?

I dont know what kind of privacy settings is one of my relatives using that I can see them on facebook at all. All of my other cousins have added him but even if I go to my cousins friend list still i cant see him. My cousins log in to their account and show me that yes he is there but I for one cant see aur add him...why is this?

Some people have their setting so that no one can search them. Have your cousin friend you instead.

From privacy setting you can hide your friendlist. So people who are not your friend or your friend can't see your friendlist .
