How do you delete twitter on iPad?

I want to get rid of the account and delete it but I carnt I have an iPad 2 I want it deleting help?thank

You cannot deactivate your account on an iPad but if you go to an actual computer then you can do it there. To delete the twitter app on the iPad hold your finger on the twitter icon on your homescreen and wait for the app icons to all start wiggling and an 'X' should appear in the corner of all the app icons. Press the x on the twitter icon and that will delete it.
