facebook ad using my picture.?

When i logged onto my facebook a few minutes ago, a few of my friends had informed me that my picture was being used as an advertisement for a dating site? i was 16 in the picture so i kinda find it creepy. and i dont even have the picture on my facebook, and never have? i've had fake profiles before though on both facebook and myspace. but still, are they profiting of my picture? and is that even legal to have my picture on that advertisement?
by the way, i'm a girl. it says tyler because its my fiances account.
this is there terms & agreement and it says pretty clearly that you must be 18, yet there not even using an 18 year old's picture in there facebook ads...
(its 1:30 am i'm to tired to read fully through it and will in the morning)

This web site is not a facebook page.
They got your picture somehow - chances are from a photo share album.
Find the location of the picture - is it on FB or this other web site and you contact them both through their web site and sending a letter and tell them to remove the photo.
