if you block someone from seeing posts ive been tagged in, and what others post on my timeline, does that mean that if I post a picture on facebook that they wont be able to see it?

yes dont worry about it as long as no reposts. but that person may see the picture of you if he/she is friends with the person that tagged you.

Yes, but if someone takes that picture that your tagged in, and post it somewhere else without the person you blocked being blocked. Then they will be able to see the photo. But as far as anything that is posted on your wall/timeline. Nope.
