Can someone help me with Twitter?

Any ideas on how I can promote my page and increase my followers?

Post your Twitter link on your Myspace or whatever other websites you have.
Advertise.
They'll come rushing in
Or, ask your followers on Twitter to re-tweet your Twitter link and people will see it you and start following you

My step-by-step instructions on how to promote your Twitter, and to get more followers!

1.

a. Create a website! If you don't know all the fancy coding (html), don't worry! Some thoughtful programmers and designers already made hosting, domains, and building a whole lot easier! Here are a few sites to start off:

- Webs (http://www.webs.com)
- 000webhosting (000webhosting.com)
- Wetpaint (http://www.wetpaint.com)

You can create a site there. Link your twitter site there and also link your website on your twitter.

2.
a. Create a blog! There are a few great blogging sites out there, such as:

http://www.wordpress.com or
http://www.blogger.com

to name a couple. Keep in mind that the more you stay on topic, the more readers and subscribers you'll have. Link your blog on your twitter and link your twitter on your blog. Update it every day/2 days to get more followers.

3.
a. Change your twitter link into a more memorable one. Take your link (http://www.frazlerr.tk (example)!

4.
a. Email everyone on your list. Tell them you have a twitter. Remember to stay on one topic. For example, if it's family, make sure you mostly talk about family. However, sports and politics often get a lot of attention.
