Why does my Facebook timeline say I have more likes than I actually have?

I used to have over 2000 but I've gone down to 892.
I unliked all the unnecessary pages I have liked, and even gone through my activity log unliking external links. The ones I've left only add up to under 100.
Where are the extra 'invisible' likes that my timeline says I have?

go to your timeline and click on the LIKES unit

click edit at the top then scroll down to where the "other pages you have liked" link is

you should be able to find all of them somewhere on that page
