Here is my new world order plan

Think about a group of like 5 or more people to run everything. these five or more leader will be one of each race such as black,white,asian,german, russian etc. I have one of each race becuase to stop to much power access to one person like lets say if the asian leader wanted to kill off all whites the other would rule over the asian so it wouldn't happen, and the only way a leader could be kicked out of power is by another leader or group vote. the whole reason for the ONE world order is so we as a group of people living on this world would not have races but would be seen as ONE and that is humanity and also with one world order we could work together and tackle some of the biggest inventions that would take us longer separated such as deep space travel. I know for a face that we are not alone in the universe and there are other creatures out there that SOME would be good and SOME would be evil we as humans would need to protect our self so we must develop weapons to fight off the "others" <---- just in case their are. I AM NOT ANOTHER HITLER or such I am just a dreamer that will put his dreams into actions. Some will not want to follow these plans of a one world order I know that just like everything there MUST be a law and a punishment for those who do not accept the new world what would happen to those who do not want to follow we would knock them off the control grid so they would be "outsider" they will not be able to operate cars,buses, build businesses or be a part of the world as a whole they would still be able to eat and live but they would not be apart of the WHOLE (aka do nothing) as for the rest of human kind there will be one police force, army,air force,navy, marines, science lab, space station, space program,currency. working under one master organisation that will be control by a group for 50year terms depending on conditions. this master organisation will be the all seeing eye the watchers. We have already taken steps to do this with the media, facebook, iphones,ipads,computers,laptops. television, celebrity exc this is the plan and I hope you all agree remember this is for the better not the worst of humankind. I would like to add that this has nothing to do with satanism, holy, evil, or hatred/killing. THIS HAS TO DO WITH THE EVOLVING OF HUMANKIND INTO ANOTHER ERA THE SPACE AGE AND GALACTIC EVOLUTIONARY !

No way? The world could be BETTER with a one world order.
With all of our brains together we would make huge leaps in science!

it will no longer be race but humankind vs other outside space. it will no longer be us fighting over resources but over galaxy AND CONQUEST OF THE UNIVERSE . <----- only if necessarily
