I was on my twitter and it says I've been suspended I don't know why I never broke any of the rules or anything and I want my account back please help me out?💙

It's probably beeen reported as spam or something. Maybe try making another account with the same email, i dont think this will work, so try making another account with another email. Also try contacting twitter, the support i mean.
