Question about liking and commenting on public posts of facebook?

Ok, I know that if you Like or Comment on a public post on facebook it appears in the ticker on the right. But I noticed that when any of my friends comment on like on a public post it usually appears on the news feed too not just the ticker. How can I make it appear on the News Feed? Sometimes it happens and sometimes not...when does this happen?

If you to control info you need to share with your friends .just follow whats on the steps below

if u're using a smart phone,
1. Tap photo at the topleft of any page
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu
3. Tap account settings and go to ur privacy

if u 're using other phones
1. Click settings at the bottom of every page
2. Choose settings and go to privacy

you Cant Control if it goes on the News Feed or Not it Either Gets Published or it Doesint it Does it Automatically

it's determined by facebook - the type of thing it is... and if you have liked it or commented on it already yourself too
