How do you add a cover photo on a facebook group?

I know you can add cover photos to your Facebook timeline, but I've seen Facebook groups that also have cover photos but I don't know how to add one to a group does anyone know how?

go with your mouse on the top bar (containing PPs of members) and an icon will appear on the top right to allow you to add a cover, but this if the group allow you to do this, as you're an admin
