How do I get back to the OLD facebook profile?

idk if theres anyway to go back. eventually this is gonna be the permanent change for everyone.

Well, unfortunately, you can't. But I bet in a short time from now everyone will have to update their profiles. Some not to look 'old fashioned' and I think facebook will force everyone to update their profiles eventually anyways. The new profile might seem all weird at first, but maybe later you'll get used to it. Personally, I'm trying to since I have no choice.

deactivate your account for a while, I suggest a day or two, and see how that goes.

Unfortunately there is no way to switch back to the old design after you upgrade to the new Facebook profile. As Facebook is implementing this change gradually, sooner or later all the users will have the new profile, and there is no way back from it.
