Most Justin Bieber fans does a 10 for 10 to gain there twitter ranks, but what does it mean and what do they do with a 10 for 10?

i think it means, they like shout them out 10 times and the other person does it 10 times, like posts their username and says follow them. or get each other ten followers. i dont really understand it but its something to do with shoutouts or followers. hope this helped! x

It means when people give each other shout outs until they each reach 10 more followers. They can even do 20 for 20, it would mean the same thing.
