Start your own Fan Club page and promote news on twitter/Facebook via hash tags http://hashtags.org/ check what is trending and get in on the action with information that pertains to her. It's important not to spam, make whatever you post relevant to her so people are not turned off. e.g if say #humantrafficking is trending great, and she supports this cause post an article link with both your tag say #ddlovato and #humantrafficking in your post. As people follow the #humantrafficking, tag they will also see in your post her tag as well and can gain you/her some new followers.
