It's a communication device that looks like a calculator and works like a calculator. To start communicating, you press the π button, then press the APPS button (the button in pink letters), then press ALPHA, then enter the 9 digit code, and then press the blue 2nd button and then press enter or =. Then your child has unlimited internet access, including websites such as Facebook, porn, chat rooms, MySpace, addictinggames.com and Wikipedia. To turn off internet, you either turn off the calculator off so if you turn it back on, the screen ill look like and function like a normal calculator or you can press the PRGM button which is located next to the pink APPS button. You can even restore your last session by entering a 6 digit code and then press the X, T, Ѳ, n button, which is located above the pink APPS button. You find out your child had this since 12, it was created by a friend to replace the existing calculator you bought as a school supply and your child goes on it at night. Your child's friend even replaces the batteries. Here is a picture of the calculator.

You take it away from them, put it down on the table, and smash it up with a hammer and then ban them from the internet for a month.

I'd give them a LOOOOONGGGGGGGGG lecture, take it away, and throw it out. Then ground them for 2 months.

If this is really a serious question and you're not a kid asking, I'd wonder what adult gave it to him and was paying for it. First of all, Googling it doesn't come up with a single hit, and if such a device existed, it would likely be discussed on Internet.

Second, there's no such device that would allow you to connect to Internet without some sort of monthly fee or at least an initial set-up and connection fee. And one that is as you describe, would be unnecessarily complex and probably cost more than a cell phone that would do all the same stuff. Someone would have had to pay for it, and a 12 year old shouldn't have access to that kind of money.

Last but not least, I'd advise anyone reading this not to click your link. Clicking unknown links, especially as hinky as that one sounds can infect your computer with viruses or trojans.
