Ok so I'm a junior in high school getting a Facebook for the first time. I just added about 30 people that go to my school and I know. I don't know them all that well, but I know them and they know me, even if we haven't talked for a while. Well anyway I will add more people later, but will these first people add me even though there might not be any mutual friends yet?

Don't worry. just keep adding new friends but be careful not to over do it or facebook will block your page. Another important fact is be active and socialize on facebook and you will start receiving more request who wants to be you friends.

Only few people consider adding friends on fb seriously. However, probability of approval of ur all friend requests is 80%.
Keep adding, dont add strangers, else fb blocks ur requests for certain week(s)
