Facebook groups question?

I've had my facebook for about 3 years and realised today that i'm a member of over 500 groups! is there anyway i can delete these without having to go on each Individuel page and click "unlike". a lot of the groups i now find really silly and don't want to be a member anymore.

I actually don't know of any way other than going to those pages and clicking "unlike". There may be a way if you go under account and settings, but I'm not sure.
Please help me with my Facebook-related question!!

i dont think so, i think you just have to go on each page and unlike :/ it is annoying lol x
