How to change FaceBook profile picture without deleting comments?

I have a picture in one of my albums in Facebook, and i want to set it as a profilepicture, but if I do that, all the comments and likes will be gone. Is it possible to move over the comments and likes when you change your profile picture? Thanks.

it won't delete the comments. click the 'make profile picture' link, crop as necessary, and it just makes it your profile picture. you will now have a copy of the pic in the original album with the comments and a new pic in your 'profile pics' album.
