How do you make a facebook group open to people who want to join?

I have created a selling group on facebook but when someone wants to join into it i have to accept for them to join, the only people that can get in with out and need for approval are the ones that are on my friends list and i have asked for them to join.

I have made sure the group privacy is on open but still no luck. How can i make sure that everyone can join, friends or not??

Groups all have to have permission from the owner to join, there's nothing that can be done.
