you can ask other page to suggest you page !!! or like the comments of others with the page they will see who like their coment maybe they will like your page :/ this two are the best ways others are ilegal Tongue

use this website http://www.twiends.com make a account and you can add your facebook page to it and you can like pages and in return you will get likes every credit you get from likeing pages is 1 more fan you will get from doing that
